THE FOUNDATIONS Another group from my youth back in the 60s. Being that they made famous the song covered by Alison Krauss and Union Station, "Baby Now That I've Found You," I've selected the subject song. For many years I thought the song was sung by the Four Tops. I had heard they were formed to be their rival. I don't know how true that may be as I heard it stated so on the radio a few years ago. The Foundations were a multi-racial band who were credited as being the first successful soul group from England. A bit choppy in parts:
