My favorite America Christmas tune is not on Holiday Harmony (though that is a great album). It was recorded in the 90's or maybe the 80's and included on several Christmas compilations since then. I have heard it on the radio a few times.

Hark! The Herald Angels Sing - America

Anybody know the story behind this recording?

Wonderful song - I wonder why they didn't add this song to the re-released album in 2010, "Collector's Edition." This edition contained a bonus track, "A Holly Jolly Christmas," adding Hark! The Herald Angels Sing would have been nice.
